Clicking the „I confirm the reservation” button means making a preliminary reservation for a period of 24 hours. During this time, an email with payment details will be sent to the email address provided in the reservation form. The transfer must be made within 24 hours to confirm the reservation and guarantee its validity.

Failure to make the payment within this time results in the automatic cancellation of the preliminary reservation.

Cancellation policy

• Up to 30 days before the planned arrival date – 100% refund.
• Less than 30 days before arrival – the deposit/stay fee is non-refundable.
• Shortening the stay does not entitle to a refund for unused days.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• The property operates a self check-in system – Guests will receive a code from the Host to open the key box located at the entrance door.
• Upon request, Guests may leave their car in the parking area on the day of arrival and departure (subject to prior arrangement), for example to go for a walk in the area.

House rules

Maximum number of Guests in the cottage: 4 persons.

If more Guests arrive than stated in the reservation, an additional fee applies:

• PLN 100 per each additional person, except:
• children up to 2 years old – free of charge,
• children aged 2–12 – PLN 50.

For the comfort of all Guests, pets are not allowed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Please turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the cottage.

Please keep windows closed when using air conditioning.

Please use the property with respect for its equipment and the privacy of other Guests.

Check-out

Before departure, please leave the key in the lockbox and scramble the code digits.

Garden Spa – Sauna & Jacuzzi

The Garden SPA area has been created with the comfort, privacy, and relaxation of our Guests in mind.

Hours and rules of use

• The SPA area is used by private reservation (as agreed during the stay). Requests to use the Garden Spa must be reported to the Host at least 1 day in advance.
• The Host prepares the Garden Spa at a time agreed with the Guests.
• For hygiene reasons, please use towels and maintain cleanliness.
• Smoking and eating are prohibited in the SPA area.
• Please maintain a शांत atmosphere and respect the privacy of other Guests.
• Use of the SPA area is at your own risk. People with health conditions (e.g., heart disease, pregnancy, hypertension) should consult a doctor before using the sauna or jacuzzi. The use of the Garden Spa under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
• Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

SAUNA – Rules of use

• The cost of a single sauna preparation is PLN 150.
• One sauna session lasts up to 1.5 hours.
• The sauna includes: a changing room, towels, water for pouring over stones, and essential oils for aromatherapy.
• Before entering the sauna, please take a shower and dry your body.
• Enter the sauna without footwear and sit on a towel.
• The recommended maximum duration of a single session is 10–15 minutes.
• Children may use the sauna only under adult supervision.
• Do not pour any liquids other than water or water with essential oils onto the heater stones. In such cases, add a few drops of oil to a ladle of water and pour it over the stones. Do not apply oils directly to the stones (fire hazard!)

JACUZZI – Rules of use

• The cost of a single jacuzzi preparation is PLN 280 (December–March) or PLN 250 (April–November).
• A jacuzzi session lasts up to 2.5 hours.
• Before entering the jacuzzi, please take a shower and remove shoes on the terrace directly before the jacuzzi. You may use the changing room and towels located in the sauna.
• Children may use the jacuzzi only under adult supervision.
• Do not bring glass, sharp objects, or food into the jacuzzi.

After use

• Please turn off the sauna lights and leave the area clean and tidy.
• Please turn off the jacuzzi air massage (button located on the jacuzzi housing) and put the cover back on.

Liability

The property owner is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to comply with the rules or safety guidelines. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by them.

Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

The controller of Guests’ personal data is the Owner of the Nad Poziomem property (hereinafter: the “Controller”). Personal data is processed for the purpose of handling reservations, managing the stay, contacting Guests, and fulfilling legal obligations.

The legal basis for data processing is:

• performance of a contract (reservation and stay),
• legal obligations of the Controller.

Scope of processed data

The Controller may process in particular:

• first and last name,
• contact details (email, phone),
• invoice data,
• stay dates and information related to service reservations (including Garden SPA).

Guest rights

Each Guest has the right to:

• access their data,
• rectify it,
• delete it (“right to be forgotten”),
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to data processing,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Data retention period

Personal data is stored for the duration of the stay and after its completion for the period required by law (e.g., tax regulations) or until consent is withdrawn in the case of data processed on that basis.

Data recipients

Data may be shared only with entities cooperating with the Controller, such as accounting firms or reservation system providers, to the extent necessary to perform services.
